Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large flank steak
1 bottle teriyaki marinade
1/4 c. wine (can be omitted)
1 onion, sliced thin
mushrooms (button or slices)
Preparation

Place steak in Pyrex pan. Pour marinade over to cover.
Add wine.
Top with onions and mushrooms.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 35 to 45 minutes, depending on size and thickness.
Slice on an angle, thin.
