Sue Cox'S Holiday Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) container fresh Pacific oysters
    finely crushed soda crackers
    milk
    butter
Preparation
    Drain oysters and cut in bite size pieces.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Layer oysters and crumbs.
    Salt to taste.
    Top layer is crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with milk, soaking until \"soggy\".
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 5 to 6.
