My Mom'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Melt butter; mix with graham crackers and press on bottom of 13 x 9-inch glass pan.
Beat 1 cup sugar, eggs, vanilla and cream cheese.
Pour on crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Take out of oven; let set 30 minutes.
Mix sour cream, sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Put on warm cake; put back in oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
Put in fridge when cooled.
Can be served with fresh strawberries or blueberries.
