Pasta Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 apples, unpeeled, cored and cubed (3 c.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cook macaroni until tender, but firm.
Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Sprinkle lemon juice over apples and toss.
Stir mayonnaise and sour cream together and combine with all others. Chill.
