Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 medium onion, minced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well by hand.
    Form into 2 large or 4 small balls.
    Freezes well.
    Balls can be rolled in chopped pecans if desired.
