Baked Stuffed Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 finely chopped garlic
2 lb. fish fillets
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 1/2 c. soft bread cubes
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large skillet, melt margarine.
Add mushrooms, onions, garlic and bouillon.
Cook and stir in bread cubes and cheese.
