Garden Zucchini And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    20 medium fresh or frozen raw shrimp, deveined, shelled and rinsed
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except rice.
    Cook over medium heat; stir occasionally until shrimp turn pink and zucchini are crisp but tender (5 to 8 minutes).
    Spoon shrimp, zucchini with butter sauce over hot cooked rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
