Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 can tomatoes and green chilies
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cooked hamburger
    1 doz. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and heat in large pan until Velveeta melts.
    Add cooked and drained hamburger.
    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan with the flour tortillas.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes until heated through.
