Microwave Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese together in microwave-safe dish in microwave.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together; add to cheese mixture gradually, mixing well after each addition.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish. Let stand until firm; cut into squares.
    Yields 120 servings. This fudge stays creamy.
