Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. flour
    7 Tbsp. salt
    4 pkg. yeast
    1 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. oil
    water to mix
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 cups of warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and oil.
    Gradually add sifted flour.
    More water may be added for right consistency.
    Let rise until double in size, knead down and roll out.
    Serves 50.
