Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen thawed blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to hot (400\u00b0).
    Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups with Pam.
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda onto waxed paper.
    Reserve 2 tablespoons of the dry mixture to add to the berries.
