Sky High Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
3 egg whites
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and cold water together and bring to boil on stovetop. Stir and remove when thick
and clear. Cool. Beat
all egg whites until stiff. Add six tablespoons of sugar one tablespoon at a time. Add dash of salt and vanilla. Add cooked mixture and continue to beat for two minutes. Spread on pie shell and bake for fifteen minutes at 350 degrees.
