Lemon Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 lb. white raisins
1 qt. small pecans
6 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 oz. lemon extract
1 lb. butter
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add all ingredients together.
Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 250\u00b0 in tube pan (floured and greased; do not use Pam).
