Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat together
    all
    ingredients with electric beater at least 3 minutes until
    well mixed.
    Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or skillet until
    very
    hot.
    Put
    batter into a funnel. Be sure to cover
    spout
    with\tfinger.
    Then, holding over hot oil, release some of
    the
    batter
    in
    a circular motion, then crisscross to form one funnel cake.
    Cook until light brown on both sides. Drain
    on
    paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Serve warm.
    Extreme caution as oil is very hot.
