Baked Stuffed Morels(Great Michigan Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. large yellow morels (2 to 3-inch long caps)
    butter
    4 slices bacon
    4 wild leeks (ramps, whites only), minced or 2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. grated Gruyere cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut stems from morels.
    Arrange caps, stem side up, in buttered baking dish.
    Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
    Saute leeks or onion in fat.
    Remove with slotted spoon.
