"Bac N Spinach" Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs (room temperature)
    1 3/4 c. half and half
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 pack frozen chopped spinach, drained and squeezed
    shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Line a pie pan with pastry crust. Sprinkle crumbled bacon. Sprinkle spinach. Sprinkle cheese. Mix eggs and half and half well. Pour over quiche. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Continue baking at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes. When knife comes out clean, it is done. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve.
