Red Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. red bell peppers
    7 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions, saving the juice.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Boil 30 minutes.
    Pack into sterilized jars to within 1/2-inch of top.
    Put on cap.
    Screw band firmly tight. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes.
    Yield:
    4 pints.
