Simple Snow Capped Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small garlic clove, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. liverwurst, cut in 8 pieces
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    Press mixture into a 2-cup mold or small dish. Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
    Unmold pate by running a small metal spatula around edge and invert onto a serving plate.
