Candied Pecan Halves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
pinch of salt
vanilla
2 c. pecans
Preparation
-
Cook slowly all ingredients except pecans
; stir until soft ball forms in water.
Stir in 2 cups pecans.
Pour onto waxed paper.
Break apart as it cools.
