Skinny Macaroni Salad(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. elbow macaroni or penne or other type tube pasta, cooked
    3 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes
    3/4 c. minced red onions
    1/3 c. mined fresh basil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. balsamic or apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, onions, basil, garlic, vinegar, oil and pepper.
    Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
    Makes 2 servings.
