Dutch Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in an ovenproof skillet; swirl to coat sides. Combine eggs, flour, sugar and salt.
    Add milk gradually.
    Pour into pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for an additional 40 to 45 minutes.
    Good served with syrup or heat a can of Wilderness apple pie filling and serve with that.
