Ham, Potatoes, Cheese In Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. leftover ham, cut into bite size pieces
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, uncooked and sliced thin
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation
    In your crock-pot, layer 2/3 of potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 of ham and 1/2 of cheese.
    Repeat with 1/3 potatoes, etc.
    Try to keep most of the potatoes near the bottom since they have to cook through.
    Top with soup.
    Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 to 6 hours.
    I serve with green vegetable and some type of bread or roll.
