Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce.
Pile mixture into peppers and place in large baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over each pepper.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in moderate (350\u00b0) oven for 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally.
