Grilled "Apple Pie" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large Granny Smith apples, cored (not peeled)
8 slices (1 1/2 to 2-inches thick) French bread
butter
cinnamon
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Slice apples to 1/4-inch.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Butter both sides of bread.
Place apples and bread on charcoal grill on medium flame. Turn over when slightly brown.
Place bread on serving dish, followed by apples. Add the vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with more cinnamon. Serve immediately.
