Crockpot Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced potatoes
    5 c. water
    5 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1 c. carrots
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small can evaporated milk
    8 oz. cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place first 6 ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, add milk and cheese; stir. Serve with French bread.
