Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. apple cider or juice drained from pineapple
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/4 c. sherry (optional)
Preparation

Blend shortening with flour. Slowly stir in juice, stirring until well blended. Add raisins and let simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
