Swiss Cheese And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 onion
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    paprika
Preparation
    Spread Swiss cheese over bottom of pie dish.
    Beat together eggs, milk, flour, salt and mustard.
    Set aside.
    Saute in pan the onion and 1/4 pound mushrooms with 1/4 cup margarine, salt and pepper.
    Pour over cheese layer.
    Pour custard mixture, eggs, flour, etc. over mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake.
