Papa'S Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter (heaping)
    3 Tbsp. cream
    chopped parsley
    1 egg
    cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until done.
    Mash well with butter, cream, salt and eggs; beat well.
    Shape potatoes into balls.
    With handle of teaspoon, make a hollow place in the ball and fill with cube of cheese.
    Grease each potato ball with a bit of lard, place in a hot oven (450\u00b0) and brown.
    Serve balls sprinkled with chopped parsley and garnish with slices of tomato.
