Skillet Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, diced potatoes
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. crackers or bread
Preparation
    Combine potatoes with onion, salt and milk in a skillet. Cook, covered, at a simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, until tender. Sprinkle cheese, pepper and crumbs over top.
    Continue cooking, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
