Microwave Caramelized Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Karo syrup (light)
    1 cube butter
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook brown sugar, Karo syrup, butter and salt slowly to boiling.
    Stir, then cook 2 minutes on high heat.
    Add soda; stir until thick.
    Put popcorn in a brown paper bag.
    Remove Karo mixture from stove; add to popcorn in bag.
    You may also add 1 cup peanuts.
    Microwave 1 minute on High; shake.
    Microwave 1 minute on High; shake.
    Microwave 1 minute on High.
