Snow Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
    Work in dry ingredients gradually until mixture is smooth.
    Pinch off pieces and roll into 1 inch balls.
    Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 12 minutes until light brown at 350\u00b0.
    Do not overbake or brown.
    Cool cookies slightly and roll in confectioners sugar.
    Let cool some more and sprinkle generously again with confectioners sugar.
