Rocky Road Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 (4 oz.) serving size chocolate fudge instant pudding
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/3 c. mint
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3/4 c. marshmallows
    1/2 c. coconut
    2 graham cracker pie crusts
Preparation
    Pour half and half into large bowl.
    Add pie filling.
    Whisk until blended well.
    Fold in whipped topping until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients.
    Freeze until firm.
    Remove from freezer and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Store leftovers in freezer.
