Artichoke Nibblers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, cut up
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/8 tsp. each pepper, oregano, Tabasco sauce
    1 small onion, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and 1 jar of artichokes (use oil of this jar to saute).
    Drain other jar and add to pan; take off stove. Beat eggs and add all remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
