Microwave Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Shape into small meatballs and place in a pie plate.
Microwave for 7 to 8 minutes.
Give 1/2 turn and rearrange meatballs once during cooking.
Meatballs may not be completely cooked at this time, but this is alright.
Drain meatballs thoroughly.
