Caramel Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation

Add enough water to evaporated milk to make 2 cups. Beat in eggs. Combine brown sugar and flour. Cut in margarine until mixture is like coarse crumbs. Add milk mixture to brown sugar mixture. Beat until well blended.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Cool.
