Sweet Potato Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. self-rising flour
4 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. Cool Whip
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix potatoes, eggs, sugar and flour.
Pour on prepared cookie sheet (floured and greased).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
