Sally Rand Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. soft butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Beat together butter, sugar and egg.
Sift together the flour and baking powder.
Add the flour mixture alternately with milk to the butter mixture.
Bake in greased muffin pans at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
