Crunchy Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooking apples
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1 egg yolk (beaten)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 egg white (beaten until foamy)
    1 9 inch pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Put chopped apples in a large bowl.
    Add sugar, flour, egg yolk, vanilla, lemon juice and pecans.
    Mix until well until blended.
    Add egg white stir, pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and brown.
    Take from oven and let cool before serving.
