Cashew Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 large can chow mein noodles
    1 c. cashews
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in margarine 5 minutes.
    Add broth, soy sauce and soup.
    Simmer for 2 minutes.
    Add chicken and rice. Turn into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole; bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven and sprinkle first with noodles, then cashews and bake an additional 2 minutes.
