Cream Cheese Loaf Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) lite or regular cream cheese, softened
3 to 4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream butter and cream cheese.
Gradually add sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture.
Stir in flavorings; blend well.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan; bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Enjoy warm or cold.
Freezes well.
