Zabaglione - Italian Cake(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 egg yolks
5 tsp. sugar
5 1/2 egg shells filled with wine (Marsala, sherry, etc.)
Preparation

Mix with wire whisk in double boiler until sugar is dissolved. Cook in double boiler, stirring, until mixture thickens from sides to center.
Move to center to cook liquid.
Turn down heat to low and gently simmer.
Pour into long-stemmed glasses.
