Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Stir in eggs, flour, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until set.
    Cool slightly before serving. Makes 8 servings.
