Hot Brown - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 pieces toasted bread
    4 slices country ham, cooked
    8 slices fried bacon
    4 slices tomatoes
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and stir well.
    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until well blended.
    Add all remaining ingredients; cook until slightly thickened.
    Place ham on toasted bread, then add bacon, cheese sauce and top with tomato slices. Bake at 425\u00b0 until bubbly.
