Green Beans And Tomatoes With Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
Preparation
    Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp.
    Remove bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.
    Crumble bacon; set aside. Saute onion and green pepper in bacon drippings until tender. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and mustard.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Stir in green beans; cook until thoroughly heated.
    Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Yields 6 servings.
