Chicken-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped carrots
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Simmer chicken until tender.
    Remove chicken, cool and dice. Boil broth, uncovered, until reduced to 1 cup.
    Add onion, carrots and celery.
    Simmer until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Gradually stir in soup and milk.
    Add chicken and cheese; heat and stir until cheese melts.
    Garnish with shredded cheese, if desired. Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
