Sweet And Sour Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. brisket
    2 onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Place brisket on onions and garlic.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over brisket.
    Cover and roast in 350\u00b0 oven until tender, approximately 1 hour per pound.
    Watch that liquid doesn't evaporate!!!
