Carrots In Sauce(Colorful, Good For Holiday Dinners) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cut in pieces
    1 onion, cut fine
    1 pepper, cut fine
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots somewhat underdone, next to raw.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix all; add cool carrots.
    Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
    Will keep weeks.
