Harriette'S Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. grated orange rind or apple pie spice (optional)
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks; add sugar mixed with flour and melted butter. Stir in rhubarb and spice if desired.
    Fill pie crust and/or freeze filling in container.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat for about 20 minutes.
