Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hot sausage or Italian sausage
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Roll
    sausage
    into
    small balls (will shrink about 1/3 size). Place
    on
    cookie
    sheet
    and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0. Combine
    remaining
    ingredients
    to
    make
    sauce.
    Pour sauce over balls and let set overnight in refrigerator.
    (Not necessary if
    in
    a
    hurry for a party; just as good!) Remove from heat and serve.
