Ham Slice With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fully cooked, smoked ham slice (1-inch thick)
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
3 c. hot, cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. sliced green onions (with tops)
Preparation

Place ham in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch microwaveproof dish.
Mix sour cream and mustard in large bowl; stir in rice, raisins and onions. Spoon mixture around ham.
Cover tightly and microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 5 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn and microwave until hot, 4 to 6 minutes longer.
